About Joanna Andrew

Joanna joined Mellor Olsson Lawyers in 2003 and became a Partner in 2008. She started her career practicing predominantly in negligence claims. Joanna consults to businesses and industry bodies on corporate governance and Directors' duties and provides training in these areas at both Board and individual level.

She is a Facilitator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors: Company Directors Course for Day Two ("The Board's Legal Environment") together with Day Five ("Achieving Board Effectiveness").

Joanna's current Board positions include:

  • Chairman of South Australian Produce Markets Limited, where she also serves on the Finance, Audit and Governance Committee
  • Non-Executive Director of the Beston Global Food Company, where she is also appointed Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee
  • Non-Executive Director of the Adelaide Cemeteries Authority.
