Alex is an authentic and transformational leader with a passion for people, innovation and collaboration. She is a proven creative leader with innovation in technical approaches and METS programs with global reach and big picture thinking. Alex has had a rich diverse technical and leadership background across the globe, from sustainability and ESG management, to head of Government mining regulation, earth sciences and innovation. Alex was the first woman to be awarded the Australian New Zealand Environmental Practitioner of the Year. Alex is Head Judge for the 2023 Australian Innovation Competition, with winners to be announced late October 2023.
