In Episode 2 we speak with Dr Annette Watkins, a Non-Executive Director, Academic, Social Researcher and Entrepreneur. Annette has 20 years experience in the oil and gas sector where she worked on a number of large reform projects in Australia, the UK, Asia and the US. She has built two successful businesses, one in sustainability and another in training and education. She's also a wife, mother and behind closed doors Facilitator. Annette speaks about the challenges of working in a male dominated industry, her advice when deciding on if a board role is right for you and how one of her best business relationships started by saying yes to a drink on a beach in Hawaii!
